If you’re an illustrator, graffiti writer, or street artist who’s ever thought, “How do I get into one of those Stickerbomb books?” this is for you. Every year we run open callouts where artists can submit work for future titles. Getting selected means your designs don’t just stay on your hard drive; they end up in print, traveling on pages, walls, laptops, and collections worldwide.
Here’s exactly what we look for, how to send work in, and the do’s and don’ts that make a difference.
What We Look For
Stickerbomb books are built on variety — monsters, tags, characters, patterns, sneakers, football culture, freestyle designs. What matters is that the work fits the theme while carrying your own voice. We’re not after generic clip-art or imitations of other artists; we want something recognisably yours.
A strong submission usually has:
- Immediate impact — clear, bold, and readable at sticker size.
- Distinct personality — a character, an attitude, or a twist that makes it stand out.
- Clean execution — high-res, print-ready artwork that reproduces well.
How to Submit
Opportunities only open during live Callouts. These are posted on the Callouts page at Worldwide Sticker Club and on our socials. Each one has a theme and a deadline.
When you’re ready to submit:
- Send high-res digital files (minimum 300dpi, PSD/AI/TIFF preferred).
- Use a transparent background wherever possible.
- Keep designs bold — too much fine detail often gets lost.
- Include your name, city/country, and links (portfolio, Instagram) so we can credit you.
We review every entry. If you’re selected, we’ll contact you with next steps.
Do’s and Don’ts
Do:
- Follow the theme and read the callout brief carefully.
- Submit only your best 2–4 pieces.
- Think about how your design will look shrunk down.
- Keep files layered and labelled.
Don’t:
- Send low-res screenshots or Instagram grabs.
- Use other people’s characters or copyrighted material.
- Submit a huge batch of work hoping something sticks.
- Miss the deadline — late entries can’t be considered.
Why Get Involved
Being in Stickerbomb isn’t just about one book — it’s about joining a network of artists from around the globe. Many contributors go on to collaborate with brands, exhibit, or keep working with us on future projects. Submitting is free, open, and a way to get your art seen beyond your local scene.
Final Word
If you’ve got designs waiting to be unleashed, watch for the next callout. Follow the brief, send your strongest work, and see where it takes you. Your monster, tag, or character could be the next design stuck to a wall in New York, a laptop in Berlin, or a book in someone’s collection.
Check the Callouts page, send your art, and join the Worldwide Sticker Club.
